Performance and UsageNo. BlackBerry devices: the application sits on the operating system and is very quick to use.
Around 2k for each time/expense entry which means the network overhead is very small and transactions are very quick.
No, it shouldn't because the packet sizes are so small.
Anywhere – it’s used globally and even works offline when in the tube for example. It will re-sync with the network as soon as it can and automatically send time entries to the PMS.
SecurityVery. The BlackBerry software only stores data using the on-board memory which means that any data is lost as soon as the device is sent a ‘kill’ command from the BES. Only headline client, matter and narrative information is stored on the device anyway so even if the device is stolen very little information can be obtained. Users are unable to download the entire PMS onto the device and can only upload clients one at a time. Our data centre is more secure than office environments, for example you can’t get in unless you pass the biometric iris scanning and rekoop follow best practice for security policy and procedure. Data is encrypted and it is impossible to access another customer’s data.
Integration
The software self installs in a few minutes and auto populates with the individuals most recent used client and matter lists. This client list is then automatically updated daily.
