Phil Wedgwood

Managing Director

As a managed service and software professional, Phil brings considerable experience and knowledge of the ICT sector having held senior roles in BT, O2, NetServices, and Lumison. A first class honors computer science and MBA graduate with a strong track record and over thirteen years of business experience across the disciplines of general management, marketing, operations, and sales, from software engineer to Managing Director.

Phil held his first board directorship of a listed company before the age of 35 and now seeks to drive rekoop into the IT managed services partner of choice for law and accounting firms. After launching the rekoop brand in the summer of 2009 rekoop is already leading the way by leveraging its unique ‘in-the-cloud’ capability to win 2 of the top 10 Global firms as clients.

Toby Riley

CTO

Toby has over 20 years of experience in the computer industry, including hosting, Global Network Infrastructure, Software design and build. Toby has held senior IT positions in many industries including Chemical Production, Financial Services, Direct Sales Operations and Insurance industry. With our leading SaaS approach to the delivery of time, expense and productivity software Toby's expertise is crucial in making this happens.

Phil Ashworth

Director of Product Development

After graduating from Coventry University with a honours degree in Computer Science, Phil has worked in the SaaS (Software as a Service) market for the last 10 years leading up enterprise level solutions for time and expenses in the legal and contracting market. Phil has a great depth of technical knowledge in C#, VB .net, Java, SQL, Silverlight, WPF and by applying agile development methodologies across the team he has delivered these technologies to real world solutions driving substantial value and profit.

Ponnurangam Devarajan B.E. MCAD

Director of Software Engineering

Ponnu is a graduate from Periyar University, India in Bachelor of Engineering and is a qualified Microsoft Certified Application Developer since 2005. As the strategy head for Mobile and Web development with more than 9 years of experience in software, Ponnu is yet another who brings his own workaholic style to rekoop. Ponnu's development experience for web and smartphones using Microsoft .NET, Silverlight, MSSQL, Java and Objective C helps generate the forward thinking technical innovation. In the past Ponnu has managed teams and worked on different products for clients mostly in the Europe including building a large scale contracting software.
