Integration

As the diagram below illustrates, rekoop® is really split into two halves;

A software house producing distributed applications that sit on the fee earner touch points to ensure time and expense is captured easily and automatically. These key touch points such as PC’s, PDA’s, telephony, internet, and Microsoft Office have the rekoop application embedded in them. These distributed applications are deployed via a ‘in the cloud’ deployment which ensures quick and scalable deployment on demand. Our customers do not even need to buy a server, or worry about managing the infrastructure layer.

An integration house that ensures the rekoop applications talk seamlessly to the existing systems and capture time and expense where appropriate. As a leading legal software vendor rekoop is going the extra mile to proactively integrate ‘out of the box’ with other leading vendors such as APS, Lexis Nexis, BigHand, Winscribe and Miles 33. This means risk is reduced for our customers and we have a high speed of deployment whilst not bleeding technical resource from our customers. We strive to have a ‘plug & play’ environment with all the leading vendors to embrace a complimentary position alongside them.

The rekoop platform is linked to the customer environment through the rekoop® Enterprise Server (RES). The rekoop Enterprise Server (RES) is a small footprint software integration solution. The RES seamlessly integrates between 3rd party PMS systems and rekoop, therefore ensuring data integrity over both systems.

Project Management

rekoop runs Prince accredited project management to ensure that ALL our deployments run smoothly and deliver the value promised. Whether we roll out a few BlackBerry applications or conduct a full expenses installation with complete nominal ledger integration, every customer is assigned a project manager until the project is signed off by the customer. At this point the customer is passed into our service desk environment.

Service Desk

rekoop run an ITIL service desk dedicated to provide service excellence and ensure our customer service level agreements are met and exceeded (See our Terms and Conditions )

ROI Analysis

The whole point about rekoop is to increase profitability. As the diagram on the left illustrates, rekoop produce automated Return On Investment reports, to prove the additional value that we create. As you can see from this example based on five partners using rekoop for BlackBerry, the additional revenue generated was £550 for one week.

The rekoop ROI is harsh on ourselves and is usually based on discounting time during working hours and for time entries greater than ten minutes. The amount of additional time that rekoop can capture is so high that you would not believe us if we entered it here! This is why we offer a thirty day pilot period so you can see the impact on your own business and believe it yourself.

Training

rekoop are able to run training sessions for end users or ‘train the trainer’. These are conducted globally via WebEx or face to face for one day. The ethos behind rekoop is to minimise the end user training requirement through effective design and simplicity of our software. Customer feedback demonstrates this and our experience tells us that a fifteen minute overview training session is sufficient for most users to get up and running with rekoop and record time more quickly, and accurately. rekoop charge an hourly or daily rate for training.

Consultancy

rekoop has the ability to assist your business on a bespoke basis through either technical or business consultancy. We engage with business leaders to assist in generating the maximum value from the use of our software. Additional project areas such as the automatic production of the N260 form which saves time when costs are presented to court, or bespoke KPI’s and reporting views for the rekoop desktop are examples of how we maximise value in ways often not expected. rekoop charge a daily rate for consulting services.

Business Intelligence

rekoop provides your business with a vast array of data that previously you will have never captured or seen before.
This is where our additional business intelligence and reporting services come into play. Our applications and technologies for gathering, storing, analysing, and providing access to data to help users make better business decisions. BI applications include the activities of decision support systems, query and reporting, online analytical processing (OLAP), statistical analysis, forecasting, and data mining.

As the diagram illustrates we can produce a wide array of business reports, process and intelligence to assist as required.
