Is one of the most advanced yet easy to use, time capture applications available.

Developed entirely within the UK by our own software team, we are in the unique position of being able to tailor our application, to our customer’s own specifications, where requested. Our software provides a fully load balanced, high availability hosted solution from our secure data centre, in Manchester, which can be automated to provide an interface to any Practice Management System.

rekoop make it really easy for people to record their time and this is why we have software available to be present at ALL key user ‘touch points’. These ‘touch points’ are the key activities or applications users interact with on a normal day to day basis to do their job. Whether using Microsoft Word, Outlook, BlackBerry, Dictation, the office Telephone, rekoop can be there to record time as simply and as automatically as possible.

rekoop has a ‘Two click ethos’ meaning our goal for our software is that users can record time whatever they are doing in just 2 clicks of a mouse or keyboard. This ensures our software is simple and easy to use and therefore encourages people to record more time and compile a more accurate real view of activity.

To cater for different preferences and user demands, rekoop also utilises both an Active and Passive approach to time capture and time entry.

Active is where a user is prompted to record time, they then select the clients matter code and save the entry;

Passive is where rekoop provides a digital footprint automatically for that user and the user has no active interaction with rekoop. This passively collated information can then be reviewed and turned into time sheet entries later.

It’s all done at the end of the day – no housekeeping because everywhere you are and everything you do can be simply tracked and stored as it happens so at the end of the day your time sheet is already complete and will be a very accurate record of your daily activity.
